SCOPE OF SERVICES: To provide you with an accurate quote, please furnish us with specific details about your request. If you're seeking a logo design, describe your vision with as much detail as possible. General requests like "Do your thing" or "Something cool" lack the necessary information for us to capture your expectations accurately. Instead, articulate the logo style you desire or share reference images that reflect your vision. If you're unsure, feel free to request prior examples for inspiration and guidance.
QUOTES: Simply asking, “How much?” lacks sufficient context for us to provide a relevant response. To assist effectively, please provide additional details about your project or clarify your inquiry, and we will be happy to assist further.
LOGO FILE FORMATS: For optimal print quality, logos must be provided in vector format, meaning they were originally crafted in Adobe Illustrator. File formats such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, or PSD may result in pixelation when enlarged for high-quality printing. We recommend requesting AI, EPS, or SVG files from your designer and providing them for our review. Saving JPEG files as AI files will not resolve formatting issues or ensure vector quality.
IDENTIFYING VECTOR FILES: If you can paste your logo directly into an email, it's likely in PNG or JPEG format, not vector. Vector files (with extensions .ai or .eps) must be attached to the email, as they cannot be pasted. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to view vector file contents unless you have vector software, so simply attach and send them.
LOGO REVISIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: In general, we do not revise work created by other designers. However, if you desire a redesigned logo based on an existing concept or idea, we can start anew using the original as a creative direction. Think of it as an upgrade from scratch, and we can provide a quote based on your requirements.
PACKAGING INFORMATION: If you are interested in packaging, please specify the type (e.g., box, bag, pouch) and what you intend to package. If you have size details or reference images for similar products, please include them to ensure an accurate quote. For inquiries regarding Mylar Bags, please note that a minimum order of 1,000 pieces is required for most custom print requests, suitable for medium to larger producers. For smaller quantities, such as 50-100 bags, we recommend using plain bags with customized labels, as direct-print Mylar bags may not be cost-effective due to production expenses.
PRICE MATCHING: If you are satisfied with another designer’s work and pricing, we encourage you to work with them. If you are interested in working with us, please appreciate that our pricing aligns with the quality and unique services we offer. We recommend ensuring that your expectations match our offerings before proceeding.
RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION: We are committed to maintaining a positive, professional, and respectful working environment at all times. In that spirit, we kindly request that all communication remain constructive, courteous, and solution-oriented. We do not tolerate disrespectful language, hostile tone, or personal attacks in any form. This includes but is not limited to:
Negative or inflammatory remarks directed at any individual, team member, or partner
Offensive comments about the work, process, or revisions
Demeaning language regarding competitor brands or other service providers
Personal conflicts or unrelated grievances brought into the professional space We’re here to collaborate, problem-solve, and create quality work together. If a conversation becomes disrespectful or unproductive, we reserve the right to pause communication or permanently block the client from future work at our discretion. Thank you for helping us maintain a space where creativity and professionalism can thrive.
PORTFOLIO USE: Unless agreed otherwise, we display ALL work we produce in our portfolio and on our social media platforms. An additional fee may apply if there are restrictions or delays in showcasing completed work. The specific fee will be determined based on the project’s scope and outlined before the project commencement and payment date.
CLIENT DESIGN INQUIRIES: "CAN I BUY THIS BAG/LOGO/BOX?" In reference to another client’s design: No, it is not possible to purchase any bags, logos, or boxes that are part of another client’s design. Our creations are tailored exclusively for individual clients, and we do not offer pre-made or template designs for resale. "CAN YOU GET ME IN TOUCH WITH CLIENT XYZ?" We are unable to share clients' contact information or facilitate direct communication with them.
TRADE SHOW AND EVENT ITEMS: All items we produce for trade shows, including setups, canopies, banners, tablecloths, flags, and associated merchandise, are provided as a unified order encompassing both design and printing services. The associated design files remain our proprietary domain and are not distributed as stand-alone design assets to clients post-production.
NATIVE DESIGN FILES (FOR PRODUCTION BY THIRD PARTIES): The creator of the artistic work retains copyright unless an agreement specifies otherwise. If you wish to access working files, please discuss this at the start of the project. The release fee typically ranges from 50-300% of the total project cost.
USE OF AI: We may incorporate AI-generated content into certain projects. This practice allows us to leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance design quality, streamline processes, and explore creative possibilities. AI-generated elements may include graphics, text, image enhancements, or other creative assets.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS: We do not provide copyright, trademark, or any other protective services for branding or logo use. It is the client’s responsibility to register their business legally.
PROJECT TERMINATION & REFUND POLICY: If a project must be canceled due to a lack of clear direction, shifting expectations, or miscommunication regarding the scope of work—where the designer has already completed a significant portion of the project in good faith—a partial refund may be offered:
65% of the total project fee will be retained to compensate for time, labor, and delivered work.
35% of the total project fee may be refunded if the client chooses not to proceed. For projects with multiple deliverables, the base item (e.g., the primary logo) is subject to the 65% retention policy, while any additional items not yet worked on will be refunded in full.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: If no information is provided for an order for design or print within 30 calendar days, the order will be canceled.
DESIGNATED POINT OF CONTACT: To ensure clarity and efficiency, we maintain communication with a single designated point of contact for each project. This individual is responsible for collecting and relaying all instructions, approvals, and feedback. Before submitting revision requests, we ask that this person discuss and align with all members of their team or decision-making party to ensure the direction provided is final and unified. If clear and consolidated instructions are not given through the assigned contact, no revisions will be made based on feedback from multiple individuals. This helps prevent conflicting changes, delays, and miscommunication.
REVISIONS POLICY: Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. To make the most of these rounds, we ask that the client summarize all feedback clearly and provide conclusive direction for each revision. This helps streamline the process and ensures that changes are intentional, organized, and aligned with the project goals. Requests that are unclear, scattered, or submitted in piecemeal form can lead to misalignment and delays. To maintain efficiency and fairness, additional revisions beyond the included three will incur an extra fee (rate to be determined), especially in cases where ongoing revisions result from vague or inconsistent feedback. We encourage all decision-makers to align internally before submitting revision notes to avoid unnecessary rounds and added costs.
TARIFF & IMPORT FEE DISCLAIMER: While we produce many of our items locally—including tradeshow goods, marketing items, labels, and some forms of packaging—certain products are sourced through trusted manufacturing partners in China and various European countries. Due to the significantly higher domestic production and labor costs, outsourcing select items allows us to stay competitive and continue offering fair, accessible pricing without compromising quality. As of April 9, 2025, a 44% tariff is being enforced on many goods imported from China. Tariffs on certain goods from European countries have also been introduced, with rates subject to change depending on ongoing trade and political developments. Because U.S. Customs and Border Protection may reassess shipment value and apply duties accordingly, the final import cost may differ from estimated totals at the time of order. In these cases, an additional charge may be invoiced post-import to cover the actual duties assessed. This charge is never marked up—it reflects only the amount imposed by customs and will be communicated transparently. Due to the evolving global trade environment, we recommend clients refer to official U.S. government announcements or consult a licensed customs broker for the most up-to-date information.
We remain committed to offering fair pricing, maintaining transparency, and delivering consistent quality. Thank you for your continued support. By engaging with our services, clients agree to these terms and assume full liability for the use of submitted materials. We strive for clarity and transparency, and additional terms may be added as we grow.
