Scope of Services:
To provide you with an accurate quote, please furnish us with specific details about your request. If you're seeking a logo design, describe your vision with as much detail as possible. General requests like "Do your thing" or "Something cool" lack the necessary information for us to capture your expectations accurately. Instead, articulate the logo style you desire or share reference images that reflect your vision. If you're unsure, feel free to request prior examples for inspiration and guidance.
Quotes:
Simply asking, “How much?” lacks sufficient context for us to provide a relevant response. To assist effectively, please provide additional details about your project or clarify your inquiry, and we will be happy to assist further.
Logo File Formats:
For optimal print quality, logos must be provided in vector format, meaning they were originally crafted in Adobe Illustrator. File formats such as JPEG, PNG, GIF, or PSD may result in pixelation when enlarged for high-quality printing. We recommend requesting AI, EPS, or SVG files from your designer and providing them for our review. Saving JPEG files as AI files will not resolve formatting issues or ensure vector quality.
Identifying Vector Files:
If you can paste your logo directly into an email, it's likely in PNG or JPEG format, not vector. Vector files (with extensions .ai or .eps) must be attached to the email, as they cannot be pasted. Keep in mind that you won’t be able to view vector file contents unless you have vector software, so simply attach and send them.
Logo Revisions and Modifications:
In general, we do not revise work created by other designers. However, if you desire a redesigned logo based on an existing concept or idea, we can start anew using the original as a creative direction. Think of it as an upgrade from scratch, and we can provide a quote based on your requirements.
Packaging Information:
If you are interested in packaging, please specify the type (e.g., box, bag, pouch) and what you intend to package. If you have size details or reference images for similar products, please include them to ensure an accurate quote. For inquiries regarding Mylar Bags, please note that a minimum order of 1,000 pieces is required for most custom print requests, suitable for medium to larger producers. For smaller quantities, such as 50-100 bags, we recommend using plain bags with customized labels, as direct-print Mylar bags may not be cost-effective due to production expenses.
PricE Matching:
If you are satisfied with another designer’s work and pricing, we encourage you to work with them. If you are interested in working with us, please appreciate that our pricing aligns with the quality and unique services we offer. We recommend ensuring that your expectations match our offerings before proceeding.
Respectful Communication:
We kindly request respectful and constructive communication throughout our interactions. Negative or disrespectful remarks about any work, individuals, or personal conflicts, including specific individuals or competitor brands, may result in a block.
Portfolio Use:
Unless agreed otherwise, we display ALL work we produce in our portfolio and on our social media platforms. An additional fee may apply if there are restrictions or delays in showcasing completed work. The specific fee will be determined based on the project’s scope and outlined before the project commencement and payment date. Clients who contact us typically do so because they have seen our work featured in our portfolio or social media, making any restrictions on displaying their project redundant. Showcasing new client work is essential for us to attract further clients and maintain business sustainability in both the short and long term.
Client Design Inquiries:
"Can I buy this bag/logo/box?" In reference to another client’s design:
No, it is not possible to purchase any bags, logos, or boxes that are part of another client’s design. Our creations are tailored exclusively for individual clients, and we do not offer pre-made or template designs for resale. Each design is unique and crafted specifically to meet the branding requirements of our clients.
"Can you get me in touch with client XYZ?"
We are unable to share clients' contact information or facilitate direct communication with them. If you have a legitimate reason to contact a client, we recommend reaching out through official channels or the company they are associated with.
Trade Show and Event Items:
All items we produce for trade shows, including setups, canopies, banners, tablecloths, flags, and associated merchandise, are provided as a unified order encompassing both design and printing services. The associated design files remain our proprietary domain and are not distributed as stand-alone design assets to clients post-production. These files are retained exclusively by us and are not available to third-party entities, resellers, or other print providers.
Our design services are included as part of the print order, contingent upon utilizing pre-existing branding developed by us, or any creative assets provided by the client, such as logos or artistic elements intended for use with trade show print orders. We do not currently offer separate design services for trade show merchandise.
Native Design Files (for Production by Third Parties):
There is a common misconception that clients automatically own copyright and working files (including digital assets) for work they commissioned. However, under the Copyright Act, the creator of the artistic work retains copyright unless an agreement specifies otherwise. Without prior arrangement, the designer retains the copyright. If you wish to access working files, please discuss this at the start of the project. During the initial briefing, notify the designer if you want to own the working files upon completion, so that fees and requirements for releasing these files can be addressed. The release fee typically ranges from 50-300% of the total project cost.
Native files are critical in graphic design, containing editable elements, layers, and settings. Because third-party competitors could potentially profit from these elements, there is a release fee for source files, generally amounting to 50% of the initial design or print order cost. Once this fee is paid, native files will be provided in vector format.
Use of AI-Generated Content:
In alignment with our commitment to innovation and staying at the forefront of industry advancements, we may incorporate AI-generated content into certain projects. This practice allows us to leverage cutting-edge tools to enhance design quality, streamline processes, and explore creative possibilities that align with contemporary trends. AI-generated elements may include graphics, text, image enhancements, or other creative assets, all tailored to support the unique vision and objectives of each project.
We exercise full creative discretion in determining when and how AI-generated content best serves a project, ensuring it complements our standards and meets client specifications. By working with us, clients acknowledge and consent to our use of AI tools where appropriate, supporting a forward-thinking approach that brings new, innovative perspectives to our desig
Copyright and Trademarks:
We do not provide copyright, trademark, or any other protective services for the use of your branding or logo in association with particular brand names or extensions. It is the client’s responsibility to complete any necessary procedures to register their business entity legally and meet all regulatory requirements. This is essential to protect their company and identity from potential duplication by competitors or impersonators.
Intellectual Property and Copyright Disclaimer:
We operate as an independent design and print provider for third-party clients. We strive to uphold industry standards and exercise reasonable precautions to avoid working with clients who replicate existing brands or use third-party marketing assets without authorization. However, verifying ownership of materials provided by clients is not our responsibility. Clients bear full responsibility for securing all necessary rights and permissions for materials submitted for implementation or printing.
When we produce marketing or branding assets in-house, we work on the good faith assumption that clients have proper authorization for any referenced materials. If any client-submitted content appears clearly misappropriated or potentially infringing on intellectual property, and we can identify this without extensive research, we reserve the right to refuse service. Our role as a creative party is limited to facilitating design and print services, and any disputes or clarifications regarding intellectual property ownership remain strictly between the brand owner and the client. By engaging with us, clients agree to these terms and assume full liability for the use of submitted materials.
Exclusivity in Packaging Styles:
Packaging styles are not client-exclusive. We offer a range of packaging options, including boxes, Mylar bags, labels, heat shrink sleeves, and more, but do not offer hardware items such as tubes or jars. When project dimensions are provided, we create customized designs and print materials based on the specified packaging style. If a client has a trademarked or unique packaging style, legally protected and produced by a third party, they may supply the template or die line and provide evidence of their trademark. In these cases, the specified packaging style remains exclusive to the client as an external facet of the design process.
Responsibility for Third-Party Printing and Artwork Specifications:
We are not responsible for any misprints, errors, or quality issues that may occur when artwork files are printed by third-party vendors. It is the client's responsibility to communicate all specific print requirements directly to their chosen printer, including effects, materials, finishes, quantities, sizes, and to verify accuracy before proceeding with print production.
We provide artwork files strictly based on the details and specifications communicated to us in writing by the client. We cannot assume or interpret any preferences beyond what has been explicitly stated. To avoid any misinterpretations, we do not guesstimate sizes or dimensions from photographic references. Exact measurements in inches, centimeters, or millimeters must be provided for each project to ensure accuracy.
By approving artwork files provided by us, the client accepts full responsibility for ensuring that these files meet the requirements of their chosen printer and acknowledges that any adjustments post-delivery are beyond our control.
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA):
We do not generally undertake projects requiring Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), as we prefer to use commissioned artwork and printed materials as promotional assets for our services. If project confidentiality is necessary, please communicate this requirement, and we will apply an additional fee to compensate for our inability to showcase the design for client attraction purposes.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If no information is provided for an order for design or print within 30 calendar days, the order will be canceled. We encourage open communication throughout the project to avoid delays.
Artist Credit:
Artist credit is required and highly appreciated.

We will maintain communication with a designated point of contact responsible for providing precise project instructions. If explicit instructions are not given, no revisions will be undertaken, and the resultant work will be our interpretation of the project brief.

We strive for clarity and transparency, and additional terms may be added as we grow.
